A strong believer in continual learning and that sometimes trying something different can be key, Ciara strives to give her clients new approaches to their issues as well as providing true and tested treatments. Her goal is to help people to move and feel better by combining manual therapy, education and movement as medicine.
Ciara’s expertise and areas of interest include Sports Physiotherapy and running injuries (including manipulation, exercise prescription and sports massage), pelvic floor physiotherapy (such as pelvic pain, post- partum issues and bladder and bowel dysfunction), dry needling and clinical pilates.
